Auto Fill Expansion Module

Is there an easier way to update the Expansion Module on the receptionist phone? As people come and go names are changed and updated and the list needs to be re-alphabetized. The only way I can see now is to go into the Element Manager 450btw and manually change each button is there a spreadsheet solution a check box somewhere. Anything would help. Darn people need to learn to show up on time so they can keep there job and I don't have to keep reprogramming.

No, there's no automatic way to do it,it's a manual process.
