Auto-expanding Chart

I have been given a requirement to create a horizontal bar chart that shows a customer a breakdown of their costs by account. The only problem with this is that some customers have maybe 5 accounts and others have 30 accounts. Is there a way to make the bar chart expand vertically down the page dependent on the number of groups within it? Or is the resizing of charts dynamically something that cannot be done?

Any help or information greatly appreciated.
