What is the best way to set up an automatic email notification in Microsoft Access based on a user meeting certain criteria. Mail system is Notes and SendObject puts me in the new message mode of Notes where it is still necessary to 'send' the email. I want an automatic email to go to different recipients when the user closes the form, depending on which user was selected during the form data entry. It would be a big bonus if that email notification contained the link back to the form, but just the notification would move this project closer to completion. Thank you in advance for any help.
