Is the account code setup in the system or on the line?
If it is in the system then just turn it off
if it is in the system then you might get away with a shortcode to enter it.
The shortcode can be in the system or in the ARS, it is never straight forward but playing with it and writing down where you try it will get you a solution for it (usually)

you have to play with it and once you find a solution you also have to create a code for long distance so the same but with a 1 before the X's
