Auto disconnect after closing Outlook Express, can I do this?

Is there any way to get that message to appear on my computer that when I exit outlook express that states if I want to stay online, yes or no.
Have a grandma who uses a computer just for e-mail and sometimes closes outlook express but forgets to disconnect sometimes.

And ideas? Also posted in 'Browser Issues for IT Professioinals' topic in case it falls under that.

OE shares some IE settings so you could try the following -

Under File / Options click on the connections tab.
Click on the change button to edit your shared IE settings.
Highlight the dial up connection and click settings, then click on advanced settings and check the disconnect when the connection may no longer be needed checkbox.

Alternatively, just check the hang up after sending and recieving checkbox on the file/options connections tab.
