I have a IBM Netfinity 6000R running 2kserver sp3,Metaframe 1.8. The server crashes several times a day (not BSOD), the monitor displays black/white vertical lines and must be rebooted. Thought it was a video problem (updated drivers, replaced motherboard, removed from KVM switch). Now as I look back through the System Log I see that a certain printer (IBM InfoPrint 1125) is being autocreated right before it crashes each time. This printer is located at one of our remote sites. So each time one of the users from that area (who has this 1125 printer mapped to their local machine) log on to Citrix it crashes (I think). Any suggestions. The Citrix server in question had that printer driver loaded. romierome

In Citrix Connection Configuration disable local printer creation. If the server doesn't crash you know the exact problem. If it still happens if with printer mapping disable the problem exist somewhere else. Try mapping the printer driver to something else and see if the server crashes.

Good Luck,
Steve
