Auto attendent for hipath 3550 2

Hi friends
I want a little help in this,at one site there is hipath 3550 using auto attendent landing vm ext is 700,I want to add .wav file in welcome greeting.I tried loading via maintenance but not succeded how to done any idea.

what format is the wav file. it should be mono, 16 bit pcm 8000hz wav file

I have found the program 'audacity' to be handy for converting from one format to another.
If the latest version of 'Audacity' does not convert to your required format you can get an older version which should.

I have 1.2.6 and 2.0.5.
The 1.2.6 works for older conversions like yours
