Hi Jaylek

You should use the callprocessors for this purpose.
The Callprocessors give you the possibility to decide where to transport the call if you press 1, 2 or 3 etc.
A welcome greeting can be recorded as the sponsor greeting.
This message should tell callers to press 1 for e.g. the sales department etc.

Thanks Doctor,

Could you please tell me how the recording can be done? Thru phone it is possible?

Thanks,

The recording are done in the same way, as if you record a greeting for your personal mailbox.
