A newbie question - We have a Merlin Legend R7 system with Intuity Audix 4.3. I am trying to setup an auto-attendant and I have a question. Can it be configured so that a caller can transfer to a call group instead of a single extension. If so how do I configure this. When I try to set it up using Call group 771 (Sales), I get the message invalid extension when I hit enter. Our extensions are 4-digits.
