Auto Attendant answer

I have an Option 11c, our auto attendant is not picking up until 10 rings. How can I change the number of rings for auto attendant?

Are you're incoming calls terminating on the attendant DN? Are you using callpilot or meridian mail?

They are terminating on the attendant DN (330), and we are using Meridian Mail...

and 330 is a voice services DN?
If so, It should answer immediately.
