Auto Administrator password change in SBS 2003

Very odd, if it changes automatically how do you know what it is?
I have ours set to 'Never Expire' , it causes a whole heap of problems changing the admin password, especially if you have integrated systems using the account such as your backup software!

Sounds like you've been hacked. Do you have a firewall or other traffic monitor? Does anyone else have administrative access to the server?
If it was happening to me I would take a few backups and reinstall the whole shebang.

There are more service accounts with administrator rights to login and change the password back to its original again. They are all used by our company Technicians only. For 100% they don't change this password and the other service account aren't changed automatically.
Well nothing should be changing the Admin password automatically.
The fact it is being changed automatically and it isn't you or the other techies, leaves me to beleive you have a virus doing this and is opening up your server to hacking.
you need to pull our server from the internaet and do extensive scanning for nasties.
Or worst case senario, as Tony says, start over again, what AV do you run? has nothing been picked up , is anything in quarantine?
What did the logs to the last scheduled full scan say?
