Hi, I'm trying to use message connect, and can not get the (lond distance) authorzation codes to work correctly. I'm looking for places to start troubleshooting....

Octel went a little screwy with some of the local & LD table stuff when the CO's started requiring 10 & 11 digit dialing. Menu 1, Menu 5, & menu 6 all play roles in how the system dials out. I hope this helps, if I can be of further assitance feel free to e-mail me at rcole@tlcworld.com
