Hi,
A previous administrator configured something which I do not know how to disable. On one of our IIS 6.0 servers, if there are no requests made to the server for a period of time, it starts requiring authentication for applications that are configured to allow anonymous access. Restarting IIS turns anonymous access back on; an interim solution has been to have a script make periodic requests of the server to prevent the period of inactivity.
Does anyone happen to know how to turn off this feature?
Thanks,
Brian
