I purchased XP Pro several years ago, but I misplaced it the CD and the CD case. I thought I had the COA in my email, but I have not been able to find it. Since I authenticated XP, I thought I would be able to get replacement media, but when I contacted Microsoft, they said I have to give the COA and then they will check if it correct.
