Authenticate Users

I am looking to setup ISA server to be able to pull reports that include username and not have anonymous user. I am running ISA 2004 on Win2K AD domain. If I select authenticate all users, the logs show what I need. However, I have an application that keeps prompting for proxy credentials.

How can I set this up to require authentication for all users, except for this application?
