How can a person delete or modify the system message in audix? Option 3 to modify gretting then if I try to edit or delte gretting 0 (system greeting) It wont let me.

Option 5; then 5 again allows the user to re-record their spoken name that Audix uses with the system greeting (greeting number 0). Is this what you are trying to do? You can modify the actual system greeting itself, but the change is system-wide.

To modify the actual Audix system greetings, you'll need two manuals: Audix Announcement Customization and Audix Announcement Fragments.

Yup thats what I was trying to do. If you try to edit greeting 0(system greeting) from option 3 it won't let you.
