I administer two g3's. One has Intuity audix and the other audix. On the Intuity audix system I have mailboxes setup to zero out to a vdn (queues them to a call center q). On the Audix system I am trying to do the same thing, but when I test the zero out I am getting a message that states its an invalid extension?

Audix is setup to allow transfer outs as follows;

CALL TRANSFER OUT OF AUDIX
Transfer Type: enhanced_cover_0
Transfer Restriction: digits
Covering Extension: 4000

Could it be a COR/COS problem?

Any help would be appreciated?

Thanks in adavance

look at the display transfer dialplan on the Audix and see if that VDN extension range is allowed.

It is display transfer or display system transfer...
I forget which one.

Also if it is allowed, add a mailbox for the VDN extension. Manually put in a long password for security reasons, and then try it. should work either way.
