Audix "Hardware unit fault"

It seems there's something wrong with the MO-disk or the drive is not functioning proparly.
Do a "reboot system maintenance" and remove the MO-disk. Try to AD another one and see what it does.
If it doesn't solve the problem, replace the audix.
