Has anyone ever had this problem- An old message ends up in the users mailbox as a new message?? I don't have many details yet but was just wondering if anyone has heard of this happening- Thanks in advance!
The user has Message Manager and it never happened again- It showed up as a different message in her inbox but played the same vm message. The Intuity is old (at least 12 years)so I did a vm shutdown and power cycled the box. Have not heard a peep from them. As an afterthought I should have had her check her mailbox and not the Message Manager to see if the message was in her mailbox as new and not just in Message Manager or as we called it at AVAYA Message Mangler!
