Audix Intuity Mailbox - sharing

In the Intuity, type "change auto routing"
Then type in each extension that you want forwarded to the mailbox and put the actual mailbox number in the Day and Night fields. (The business schedule doesn't really matter because it will go to the same mailbox for night and day. I wouldn't put a holiday schedule in at all. The business schedules usually default to bus1, bus2 and so on.)
