hello,
we have an At&T Audix (sd-1E601-01) voicemail server connected to our Definity PBX server. Both of the devices have been running since the early 1990's. Every so often the Audix will stop functioning and we have to reboot it to get it running again. The last couple of days the frequency of it "going down" has been once/twice a day. I've put here the alarms that I've recorded from it:
9/23/2007 2:11am fault 74 level 0 unit 117 device 0
9/24/2007 9:01am fault 250 level 2 unit 32 device 0
9/24/2007 12:01pm 74 0 117 0
9/24/2007 12:32pm 250 2 32 0
9/24/2007 20:50pm 74 0 117 0
9/24/207 8:44am 250 2 32 0
I don't know what these Faults, levels, units, device numbers mean or correspond to. Could someone (1) explain what these Alarms mean (2) what can we do to prevent these alarms from happening? Which part in the Audix box is failing?
