Audix calls showing up in CDR

I'm seeing intermittent occurences of Audix stations making calls outside of the PBX. Almost always associated with an internal call of less than 1 minute.
Anyone have an Idea of why this is happening?

You might look to see if outcalling is setup on the audix.

I had this problem and it was from Analog phones. The users were getting messages and doing a fast switch hook flash and then dialing the caller back. The system puts the audix port on softhold. This shows a an audix call out.
