Audix backup 2

To assure that the back-ups are being performed nightly, select 'Customer/Services Administration' from Audix main menu, then 'Backup/restore', then 'view backup log'. It should show you the 3 most recent. You can confirm that these are sucessfully completing by chosing one log, keep pressing return through the message screens to the last screen which should show 'Backup completed successfully'.
To verify a tape. Follow the first two menu selections again, the select 'View contents of a Cartridge'. Follow prompts from there.
