Audix and Definty Message waiting

Can anyone Help me out we seem to have red lights on the message waiting buttons from Audix but there are no messages in the users mailbox. How do you get rid of the red lights. Is it to do with Man_msg_wt or one of the buttons that you put on your phone, I cant remember but have had the problem before.

Dont worry people found it its clear amw on definity

Busyout and release the phone, and see if that does it.
If not - in the switch, issue this command:

Clear AMW all XXXX

where xxxx is the extension.


I believe the button you're talking about is the Cov-MSG-RT. You can try that as well.

I think PBXMAN has the right idea, but make sure you add a next and delete button also If you add a cov-msg-rt button so that you can navigate and delete the meesages. They are probably from LWC (leave word calling)
