Requisitions (if they need approving) are sent to the ellipse program MSO877. An audit trail (using the ellipse diary entries) is already maintained by the ellipse product - so you should be able to access that/report on that without any extra set-up. Checkout the Mincom doco for MSO877 and the approval processes.
