Audit help needed!!! Security help.

I believe that someone has been going through my files/email at my job but I can't prove it yet. What methods can I use or what audit should I enable to see who is accessing my computer and exactly what they accessed? I need to know what directories or files they viewed or looked at. Also, can I see if someone has accessed my Outlook email? Is there anyway to do this? Any help/advice is appreciated.

If you are Windows 2000 or XP and have Admin rights, go to the Local Security Settings app in Admin Tools, then go to Local Policies and Audit Policy. That will show you what you can track.

AFAIK, you'd need to look at the Exchange server log to see if someone was accessing your email. Generally, though, only the Exchange admin can access everyones email... anyone else would need your password (unless you store email in a .PST file, in which case, just password protect it)
