Audit errors, please help

I have asked this question a few times now, but I never have resolved the issue yet.

I have a Nortel and Shoretel system tied to each other with a QSIG trunk. The nortel system is told that the operator is a ShoreTel phone by the way.

I keep getting aud422 errors and the ext number listed is always a analog telephone, about 6 different ones. Can you guys help me, what would you like to see me put up here?
