Audio won't play on certain machines

When I export from Premiere to Windows AVI I get a file with apparently no sound.

The sound plays fine in Premiere.

If I move the file to a different computer the audio is there again.

Is this likely to be a problem with Media Player, or my soundcard setup?

I'd say your sound card, but maybe a codec issue. You can download the latest Media Player or RealPlayer from the web to see if that helps. Check for latest drivers for your sound card too.

Start eliminating the possibilities. You know Premiere is not the problem and it is exporting with sound since the AVI plays fine on a second computer.
