Audigy and Linux

Is anybody actually using Creative SB Audigy under Linux? I'd appreciate installation instrcutions from somebody who did successfuly install Audigy under Linux.

Nope, I use SB live value. However, if you've done yur homework, you'd know that the Audigy uses the same chipset (emu10k1)as the live does. Just modprobe emu10k1 into the kernel and your sound works.
 
I haven't done Audigy myself, but I google'd a bit trying to find an answer for the question asked in this thread:

Everything indicated that all the information and software needed to configure and use an Audigy card in Linux was there. No reponse from the poster though, so your mileage may vary :) --

The SB Audigy is supported and works fine under RH8.
