SHELF UNEQ

Is this corruption in the database?

CONV 0002, there is no corruption an AUD328 is just a Call Register message
Agent is not active on an ACD call. *CRINFO.

Ok,

But why would it say it's on a TN that does not exist?

When you convert you use the last 4 digits of the HEX

Ok I got the correct TNs.

The documentation says

AUD0328 Agent is not active on an ACD call. *CRINFO.

Action: Darken ACNT lamp, idle CR and clear pointer in agent's block.

I am not sure they mean by Darken ACNT lamp, idle CR and clear pointer in agent's block

Action: Darken ACNT lamp, idle CR and clear pointer in agent's block.

My layman's definition (others feel free to correct, if needed):
Turn off the agent set's LCD indicator, set the Call Register as ready to handle another call, and remove the memory indicator in the system that says "hey, this agent has an active call" so that he is idle and can be assigned another call.
