We have a Nortel Option 11 tied via Qsig to a ShoreTel phone system. 4130 is a ext on the ShoreTel phone system.

Are you referring to the print out about of the trunks tn? It shows Nite as 4130? Our option 11 used to have a attendant console on it, and was numbered 4000 and then when it was off, all calls went to 4100. When we installed the ShoreTel system next to the Option, we took out the attendant console. So, now my Option 11 thinks it is in nite mode all of the time. 4130 is the main number of the call center on the shoreTel system.
