I am trying to get an IP offic working in NL.

However I am not seeing and activity on the ISDN30 trunks. However I know the ISDN is good. Trunks are provided by UPC
Is it possible that the ISDN trunks are not ETSI - is this usual in NL?

The are ETSI for sure.
But i am not sure if UPC delivers ISDN all the way.
I think they do some sip to ISDN conversion.

How does the PRI look like from the outside?

UPC uses for incomming the last 9 digits, mostly without the 0.
ARS is normally ?/Dial/./LineID

Make sure they/you have CRC4 enabled, that will give the best results. It could be they have turned it off.

Mostly the uses a straight Patch cable, but ive seen different, then they use a crossed PRI patch cable.
