I think I have this feature but am not sure where to start? I just want to queue up internal calls comming from inside our business. How can I do this?

Calls to the attendant are automatically queued, but I assume you want them to get some kind of message. The easiest thing to so would be to change your dialplan so that 0 is not the extension for the Operator, but a VDN. Point the VDN to a vector, then design the vector. In this way you can also give internal callers different messages by time of day, etc.
