Attendant Recall?

I took over a Definity G3V8i system and have a problem with calls not following the coverage path to the last coverage point. The scenario is this: A call is transferred from Audix to an extension that is X-ported and has coverage path 8 assigned. The first coverage point in coverage path 8 is a coverage answer group, the second is another coverage answer group, and the third is the voicemail hunt group. The call will ring the 1st group 5 times, the second group 2 times and then begin ringing on Attendant console 1.When I move the voicemail hunt group to the second coverage point the calls will end up in the proper mail box. Where can I find the timer that causes the call to go to the operator before completing the coverage path?
