I have an attendant that also has an extension (5100), due to coverage requirements,I need backup users to be able to answer the calls. I have the trunks setup so that incoming destination is set to an x port that has a coverage path, to ring the backup extensions, This works fine, but If someone calls the attendant by dialing 5100, it doesn't route to the other extensions, Is there a way to do this?
