Attendant console

Trying to add a conference button to our attendant console but keeping getting an error code SCH362. I'm an AVAYA guy new to programming the Option 11.

Any help would be appreciated.

don't have the books on here to look up that sch, you could be trying to put it on a nonprogramable key.. you could have a type 0.. the ao6 is for add on 6 not a06 as a key type, i;ve seen this happen..the books don't point that out very well.. also look at the opt under the att data block, you may have allow att comf turned off..

When you are logged in and see the prompt ">" you can type >ERR errmsg where errmsg in this case is sch362.

your you don't need to add the conference key, that it is a fixed feature key

2250 & 1250 att consoles have their own conference bridge built & don't use the conf card, ie you don't need a conf button
