Hello Everyone,
Attendants want to disconnect call after transfer to first destination. How it is possible?

As I tell people around here, I only setup the stuff - I don't use it! :)

I believe in AC-Win V4, normally when you dial the digits to transfer a call it is just gone. If you want to announce the call (Inquiry), then pressing the <Enter> key after you announce the caller will release (disconnect you) from the call and finish the transfer.

You could get it back with the "retrieve" key as long as the destination hadn't answered it. Have to allow it in ZAND ATND I think.

Thanks for your reply but, after 7 rings that destination didn't answer, the AC-Win consol ringing and the call was backed to the attendants. They want to disconnect call completely.

If they do not want recall to the attendant:
Add RCLS into COT of trunk(s)
(Suppression of Recalls to Attendant)

What for internal transfer?
