How do I find what the code is for attendant console monitoring?

Thanks for responding John. However , I need to find out the actual code . att 1 is set up as supervisor. when she goes to sup mode,selects lpk,selects obv, it then wants access code+ att she wanys to monitor.it's been 2 years since they used this feature & she's not sure the code is right. as soon as i enter 4 didit code (6809)i get fast busy.
