Attendant Console Login/Out 1

When I logout from Attendant Console, CCM Plotnumber still sends calls to the DN associated with AC. I have a Pilot number and Hunt Group setup. I don't have the Hunt Group member list as Always Route. I have a second DN listed as a Hunt Group member. I can do all Attendant Console functions, I just need to know if I have to edit a file or something to get the Logout feature to busy out the DN. I have installed AC several times in my Lab with same result. CCM version 4.02 and AC that comes with it.

Usually you want the last member of an AC hunt group to point to voicemail; you'll have to create a DN or CTI Route Point that's always forwarded to voicemail and put it as the last member in the hunt group, and mark it as always route member.

Also, check your AC setup. You created the ac user account, associated all AC phones and pilot points with the ac user account, and you've created the staff user accounts they're using to log into the Attendant Console with? Once you've done that, you need to add the user/line number to the hunt group, not the DN...

I had already checked what you suggested and all are OK. The DN I was referring to IS the Directory Number of the AC User and it is in the Hunt Group. In the Lab I am just trying to get CCM to not deliver the call to a Logged out AC User.

Clarification, I'm having this issue when the AC User goes Online/Offline not Login/Logout. Wasn't looking at the screeen when I wrote the thread.
