Attack of the Ica Icons

I have one ica icon that points to my load balanced server farm. After you click on it, it creates a numbered .ica (4542323_234.ica) icon and it never disapears like it should. When i chk c:\doc_setting\all users or username it shows a PLETHORA of icons (somtimes hundreds).

any fix for this?
