I use ie 6 and i use a hotmail account.When i try to attach photo attachments to a message,and when i send it,others are not able to view the photos.why?

Find out:
Are the recipients able to accept attachments?
if so, can they accept a binary attachement?
What format is the picture you are trying to send.
It should be a standard .jpeg; gif; tif; etc.
Does your attachment exceed Hotmail limits?
I believe in Hotmail, there is a limit to
the attachment size. If you have a free Hotmail
account I think a paid account is able to send
much larger files.
