Here's a weird one. We are using Exchange 2000 and lately we have seen an issue where a user will attach multiple documents in an email and they will actually look like the are 2 different attachments, but the are really the same one. They have the same size and everything. I watched the user attemp this and saw that the files were indeed DIFFERENT when she sen them, but when they reached the user they still said the different filenames, but they were the same file. Then, to make it more complicated, I looked in her sent items, and the files were different names, but weirdly enough, when you opened the files, again they were the same, just as she stated they were the same. Any ideas? This is with Office XP installed SP2.
