Attachment won't open

I send out emails that have Word documents attached. I send 2 everyday. One of the attachments will open but the other won't open. It says "Command failed to execute". If you save it then open it from the Word program it works just fine.

I have this happen alot and was wondering what the problem could be. If I change the name of the file it will open as an attachment???

I am really confused with this and any help would be appreciated.

Is the file that gives you a problem using a long file name? Do you have the same problem if the same file is opened from a different machine? joegz
