Okay, here's the deal. I am running a single Exchange 2K server on my domain.
When users internally are sending messages with attachments, the attachments are unable to be opened. They usually look like <<blah.doc>> in the e-mail and are linked to something that says "outbind://" followed by a number, another "/" then a long string which looks like a unique MS ID code.
I've search Microsoft high and low and I can't find anything about this outbind stuff. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it? My users are driving me nuts with complaints about not being able to send attachments.
Please help!
