Hello All,

I have found one post on this but it was not answered. How can I attach to a shared calendar that is not the users default? I can set up the permissions I just can not attach to it.

Thanks,

Zych

Just so I undestand this correctly, this is a calendar in a user's mailbox OTHER than the default calendar, and not a Public Folder calendar, correct? If that's the case, you might have to add the persons mailbox to your account.

Yes you are correct, it is another calendar under the user's mailbox. The user can set up all the sharing info on it but I can not figure out how to attach to it. I would imagine that since you can share it there must be a way to attach to it. The question would be on how to tell the system the location.

Add the user's account to your Outlook account under TOOLS>EMAIL ACCOUNTS>NEXT>CHANGE>MORE SETTINGS>ADVANCED (if I remember the order correctly).

Then it will show up in the folder list.

I don't really want to share the users account just the calendar.

share the root of the account as just reviewer, and grant the needed rights to the calendar. That's all they'll see.
