Attaching Table from unicode MS-SQL 2000 Databese

I'am trying to attach a table from an Ms-SQL Database. The Collation of the table is Latin... The problem is, that the table contains nvarchar type fields and when viewing the table Access97 and AccessXP simply writes everywhere #Deleted. What should I do.
