Outlook 2002 - new error message each time a new message arrives: "Your IMAP server wishes to alert you to the following: The file attaced to 3 (or 1, or 22) is unavailable. The file may be available later."

This just started happening a few days ago, and to my knowledge, I haven't changed any security settings. I uninstalled Norton Internet Security, but that didn't change it. My IMAP server people say it's not them - nothing has changed, and they don't know anything about 3rd party software. :)

I have to click "OK" for each of these alerts, then all is fine until another new message arrives in the Inbox. Any ideas?
