ATI Radeon Problem

I wrote a VB Program that works fine on 50 or so machines. 3 are causing problems. All 3 have an ATI Radeon video card. One in particular uses 'radeon igp 354m'.

The problem is that things drawn on a picture box do not display properly.

Anyone have any ideas?
