I really need your help....

I'm not an expert on Red Hat Linux and I have to install ATG Dynamo5.

The first step of the installation says:
-------------
When installing Dynamo on UNIX, it is recommended that you create a user ID specifically for Dynamo and use it for installing, maintaining, and running Dynamo.

The user ID used to install and run Dynamo should have permissions to:

read/write all of the ATG product installations

read the document root where JHTML files are stored

connect to the database and any other third-party applications

spawn processes
------------------

I HAVE A BRAND NEW REDHAT SERVER IN FRONT OF ME IN ORDER TO START FRESH.

Questions:

1. How I create the user Id for Dynamo and grant it RW permisions to the ATG product installations ?

2. Where are the JHTML files stored ? Do I have to install anYthing before ?

3. I have mysql runnig.. How I make sure that the new user can connect to the database and any other third-party applications

4. spawn processes ????

Thank you very much for all the help that you can give me.
