ATA2 dialing long distance problem

I have an ATA2 installed for a fax but it will not complete a long distance call. It will complete a local number but not a number with a 1.xxx.xxx.xxxx. Any digital set does not have this issue and we are going across a Mics 7.0 with a PRI circuit.Is their something Im missing ? Thanks always !!

Did you check the Filters on the Station

yes, filter 02 no restrictation

have u tested it on your but set?
have u tried inserting a pause on your dialout
